Died 6-10-1978 at his Forest Avenue Residence. He was born in Sunbury, NB., Canada 1-5-1893 the son of George and Hannah (Seeley) Seeley. He was a retired farmer and trained and raced horses for many years. His last employment before retirement was with the Walter Reed Jr. racing stable. Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth (Sparks) Seeley of Fort Fairfield, 4 daughters, Betty Pridemore, of Midland, PA., Geneva Ashman of Rock Hill, SC., Christine Faulkner of Fort Kent and Leana Baker of Albany, NY., a son, Orin of Palo Alto, CA., 15 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, a brother, John of Sinclair, several nieces and nephews. Burial Fairmount cemetery.
