Clarence Seeley

Mr. Clarence Seeley, 57, of 812 S. Plane, died in Mercy hospital Monday evening, after an extended illness.

Mr. Seeley was a native of Chicago and was born Dec. 29, 1905, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alfred L. Seeley.

On Aug. 20, 1932, he was married to Florence M. Carlson in Burlington. She survives, as do a son, Ens. Robert B. Seeley, USN, stationed in Hong Kong, and two brothers, Ralph Seeley of Downers Grove, Ill., and Homer A. Seeley of Cleveland, Ohio.

Mr. Seeley was formerly corporation secretary for Container Corporation of America in Chicago.

Last rites will be held Thursday afternoon at the Toon funeral home in Downers Grove.

The body will be taken from the Giles funeral home to Downers Grove Wednesday morning.
