Clarence Seeley, 80, Dies at Independence

INDEPENDENCE – Clar S. Seeley, 80, who operated a restaurant here from 1931 until retiring in 1955, died Saturday night. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Loren of Independence and Milo of Chicago; four grandchildren and a brother, Harry Seeley of Waterloo.

Services: Tuesday at 2, White’s.

Seeley, 80, retired restaurant proprietor, Saturday night at People’s hospital here of complications of age; funeral, 2 p.m. Tuesday at the White Funeral Home, with burial in the cemetery at Rowley; leaves widow, two sons, Loren, Independence and Milo, Chicago; also one brother, Harry, Waterloo.
