CHARLESTON  Charles William Seeley, 52, of Charleston died 9:55 a.m. Thursday (Sept. 30, 1982) in Hines Veterans Hospital, Chicago.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Wesleyan Church, Charleston.  Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in Harper-Swickard Funeral Home, Charleston.  Burial will be in Janesville Cemetery.

Mr. Seeley was born in Lerna, son of William and Ruth Seeley.  He was an employee of Samuels Shoe Factory in Charleston and pastor of Wesleyan Church in Martinsville.  He married Mary F. McNamer in 1955.

Surviving are his wife; sons, Charles Lee, Kevin and Scott, all of Charleston; daughters, Linda Hedden of Charleston; Brenda Seeley at home; brother, Robert F. of Charleston; sister, Frances Morgan of Neoga; two grandchildren.
