Charles L. Seeley

(1924- 2014)

Charles L. Seeley, 90, Witch Hollow Road, Brookville, died Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at the McKinley Health Center, Brookville.

Mr. Seeley was born on April 13, 1924 in Knox Township, Jefferson County. He was the son of Leroy Seeley and Eva Songer Seeley. He married the former Dorothy Fee who preceded her husband in death on August 11, 1988.

A dairy farmer, he enjoyed hunting and listening to music.

Surviving are: Step children Jim and Jane Fee of Berea, Ohio, Cathy and Andy Monyak of Olmsted Falls, Ohio, Cindy and Regan Smolkovich of Arvada, CO and John and Ingrid Fee of Broadview Heights, Ohio and 11 step-grandchildren and six step great-grandchildren.

Also surviving is one sister, Margaret J. McCool of Sigel.

He was preceded in death by: Parents, Wife, four brothers, John, Francis, Paul, and Elmer Seeley and two sisters, Harriet Muth Brown and Goldie Lindemuth

Visitation at the McKinney Funeral Home in Brookville was on Friday, May 16. Funeral services were held at the McKinney Funeral Home on Friday, May 16, 2014 with the Rev. Timothy McConville officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, KnoxDale.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s Choice.
