Charles H. Seeley

Charles H. Seeley, 78, of Townville, RD 1, died at 10 p.m. Saturday at Spencer Hospital in Meadille following an illness of a year.

A native of Wayne Township, he was son of Joel and Barbara Wheeling Seeley. He married the former Nora Deeter. She preceded him in death.

A retired farmer, he had farmed in the Deckards Run area most of his life.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Flossie Hollabaugh of Townville RD 1; two sons, Walter of Cochranton, RD 4, and William of Cochranton, RD 1; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Ann Artz of Utica, RD 2, and Mrs. Maude Summersgill of Mercer, RD 7, 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at Deckards, Evangelical United Brethren Church at 3 p.m. today. Rev. John Alexo and Rev. F.M. Bowman will officiate. Interment will be at Peters Cemetery.

FUNERALS – Charles H. Seeley

The funeral service for Charles H. Seeley was held Tuesday at the Deckard’s Evangelical United Brethren Church with Rev. F. John Olexo assisted.

Interment was at Peter’s Cemetery. Stanley Dilley, Norman Schreckengoss, Grant Ames, Robert Deeter, Harry Richard and Merle Hollabaugh were pallbearers.
