Charles B. Seeley Sr., 91, beloved husband of the late Laurel; loving father of Charles B. (Dorothy) Seeley Jr.; fond grandfather of Dawn Marie and Jennifer Lynn; dear brother of the late Elizabeth Coleman.  Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Accia Park Cemetery, Chicago.  Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Norris Funeral Home, 100 S. Third St.; St. Charles.
