SEELEY, CAROLYN L., 85, of Tampa, formerly of Floral City, died Thursday (Aug. 31, 2000) in Tampa. Born in Gainesville, she moved to Tampa in 1937 from Floral City. She was a teacher and a member of First United Methodist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Gail S. Stark, St. Petersburg; three sisters, Frances E. Smoke, Tampa, Mary R.
