Carole J. Seely, age 72, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Monday, August 27, 2012, with her loving children by her side at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born in Toledo on July 23, 1940, to Hugh and Mildred Garn. Carole was employed at the former Hills\Ames Dept. Stores for more than 15 years, retiring in 2002. She loved to play card games and bird watching.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Mildred Garn and sister, Judith Miles. Carole is survived by her adoring children, Sue and Bill; granddaughter, Melanie (Justin); great-grandchildren, Valerie and Gavin, and her friend and former husband, William J. Seely.
To honor Carole’s wishes, visitation and funeral services will be private. The family sends a special “thank you” to The Toledo Hospital and Northwest Ohio Hospice for their care and support.
