UPTON – Services for Carl E. Seeley, 58, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Lighthouse Assembly of God Church in Upton by Pastor Troy Heidt.
He died May 5, 2002, at Campbell County Memorial Hospital in Gillette, after a lengthy battle with emphysema.
He was born Dec. 11, 1943.
Never married and childless, he lived in Newcastle and worked at the Old Mill Inn as a dishwasher for more than 30 years.
Survivors include two sisters, Mary Thoet of Newcastle and Bertha Billings of Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Alma Kramer; father, Bud Seeley; two brothers, Tom and Keith Seeley; sister, Elizabeth Case; four nephews; and a great niece.
