Burl J. Seeley

(1914- 2004)

SEELEY – Burl J., 90, passed away Friday, June 4, 2004, in Edmond, OK. He was born January 17, 1914, in El Reno, OK, to Raymond and Vera Seely. Burl was married to Norma Duncan on April 2, 1935. He is survived by daughter, Jan Williams and husband, Russ; 2 sons, John and wife, Velma; James and wife, Nita; 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild. His wife, Norma, and daughter, Judith VanBibber, preceded him in death. Burl loved life and family. He was a member of the India Shrine Oriental Band. Sincere thanks are extended to Dr. Mark Lynn and Good Shepherd Hospice for the loving kindness shared with Burl and his family. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 9, 2004, at Matthews Funeral Home, Edmond, OK, with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery. Matthews Funeral Home Locally Owned 601 S. Kelly, Edmond 341-2787
