Andrew J. Seeley, 53, committed suicide by shooting about 5:30 o’clock Tuesday afternoon at his farm home on the old Garland road.
Mr. Seeley, ill and unemployed, was believed to have been despondent.
Surviving is his wife, Mrs. Gladys Seeley; and a son, nine years old.
Funeral services were held at the Ramsay & Gates funeral parlor this afternoon at 2 o’clock, Rev. Ondon Stairs officiating. Interment was at Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
