SEELEY, ALLAN H. JR., 79, of Bay Pines and Melbourne, died Monday (Oct. 11, 1999) at VA Medical Center at Bay Pines. Born in Pittsfield, Mass., he came here in 1982 from Miami. He was a retired Army officer of World War II. He was a Baptist. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Alice E.; two daughters, Karen H. Taylor, Indian Rocks Beach, and Krista Gibson, Melbourne; a brother, Floyd, Fort Lauderdale; a sister, Christine Nanny, Palm Beach Gardens; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
