Friends may call Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. O’Rourke and O’Rourke Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, N.Y. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home, Monday at 10 a.m. The Rev. Robert L. Worthington officiating. Burial, Elmira, N.Y. Survived by wife, Helen (Turner) Seely; sons, Robert C. Seely, Killbuck, N.Y., Thomas R. of Phoenix, Arizona; brother Lewis Seely of Elmira. He was employed by the Elmira Railway P.O. Department for over 30 years.
