Brother, Sister to Share Aniversary Following Double Vows at Cedar Mill

At a double wedding Saturday afternoon in Cedar Mill Bible Church, Miss Carol Louise Seeley became the bride of Ronald James Richardson, son of Mr. and Mrs. James R. Richardson, and Miss Anita Faye Riggers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Otto J. Riggers, Pierce, Idaho, became the bride of Paul Howard Seeley. Mr. Seele and his sister are the son and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard W. Seeley. The Rev. Albert J. Woolen performed the ceremony.

Miss Seeley wore a white lace and tulle gown with finger tip veil held by a crown of seed pearls and carried a bouquet of carnations and stephanotis centered with an orchid.

Her attendants were Misses JoAnn Nielson, Eva Jean Filley and Diane Abbott. James Saunders was best man and ushers were William Stout and Bruce Kettle.

Miss Riggers wore a white lace and nylon taffeta gown with cap of matching lace holing her tulle viel. She also carried a bouquet of carnations, and stephanotis and orchids.

Her attendants were Mrs. Herbert C. Grose, Mrs. Lyle Riggers and Miss Anita Wilson.

Herbert C. Grose was best man and ushers were Ray Riggers and Gary Stark.

A reception followed in the church parlors.

Both couples will live in Portland.
