WILLIAM J. SEELEY, 33, of Tampa died March 17 in Tampa. A native of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., he moved to Tampa from Verbank, N.Y., two years ago. He was a chef at the Green Iguana Restaurant in Tampa. He is survived by his parents, Berlen and Mary, of LaGrangeville, N.Y.; a sister, Rita Hein of Poughquag, N.Y.; and three brothers, Jim of Poughquag, N.Y., and Harold and Ernest, both of Lagrange, N.Y. Robert H. Auchmoody Funeral Homes, Hopewell Junction, N.Y.
