William H. Seeley

AMITY – William H. Seeley died at his home, 389 Sterling Place, Brooklyn, Thursday. He was born in Amity in 1849 a son of Dr. Henry C. and Lydia L. Seeley. In December 1879, he married Miss Annie F. Walling, who survives.

Mr. Seeley was a graduate of Princeton, class of 1871, and conducted a private school here. In 1881, he became principal of the Deckertown, N.J. public school and later moved to Brooklyn.

Besides his wife, Mr. Seeley is survived by four daughters, Bessie M., wife of Daniel MacKin, of Omaha, Neb.; Anna, wife of Neil Shupe of Los Angeles; Ruth L., wife of Harold Pembleton of Brooklyn, and Almeda L., at home. Funeral services will be held at the home Friday evening. Interment will be in Warwick cemetery Saturday morning.
