SEELEY, WESSLEY H., 76, of Clearwater, died Tuesday (April 23, 2002) at a son’s home under the care of Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. He was born in Jackson, Tenn., and came here in 1980 from Lincoln Park, Mich. He was a tool and die maker. Survivors include his wife, Marjorie “Cookie” Shantz-Seeley; two sons, Larry, Maumelle, Ark., and Gary Michael, Myrtle Beach, S.C.; two daughters, Jenny Spring, Killeen, Texas, and Judy Fugate, Sanford, N.C.; a stepson, James M. Feazel, Clearwater; a stepdaughter, Denise Lenore, Boulder, Colo.; three brothers, Paul and Dave, both Taylor, Mich., and Richard, Phoenix; and two sisters, Marie Baker, Tennessee, and Elen Ford, Taylor.
