Wayne R. Seeley

MEADVILLE – Wayne R. Seeley, 73, formerly of Meadville and Andover, Ohio, died Monday, June 18, 2012, at Cambridge Springs Rehabilitation Center. Born, March 25, 1939, in Meadville, he was a son of William Edson and Muriel Violet Staley Seeley.

He was a 1957 graduate of Cochranton High School and was an insurance agent for Mutual of Omaha for several years.

He was a member of St. Brigid Catholic Church, Meadville, and was quite an accomplished musician.

He is survived by a daughter, Lisa; two sisters, Carolyn Miller and her husband, Marshall, of Meadville and Rita Seeley and her companion, Stanley Rode, of Oil City; a brother, William Seeley and his wife, Vera, of Springboro; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Edson, and two sisters, Florence Brunot and Pauline Hollabaugh.

There are no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at the Dickson Family Funeral Home in Cochranton at a later date.

Interment will be in St. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Pettis.
