Robert E. Seeley, 77, of Binghamton, died Sunday, October 10, 2004, at Binghamton General Hospital. He was predeceased by his mother, Lucille; and his stepfather, Joe Skinner. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 45 years, Thelma; a son, Dale Seeley and his wife, Cynthia, Georgia; a daughter, Donna Fuller and her husband, David, Binghamton; three grandchildren, Casey and Jesse Seeley, Shayla Long; as well as several cousins. He was an employee of Kroehler Mfg. Co for 38 years, and retired from Rehabilitation Services, Inc.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home, Inc., 137 Robinson Street, Binghamton, with Rev. John Martinichio, officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the UHS Dialysis Program, Mitchell Avenue, Binghamton, N.Y. 13903.
