After a bravely fought battle, with her family at her side, we sadly announce the death of Patricia Violet Seeley (nee Watson) in Brockville on Monday, November 28, 2011. She was predeceased by her parents Marjorie and William Watson, her son John Seeley in 2007, her sister Ann Thompson in 2007, her brother-in-law Wayne in 2009 and her husband Glenn June 26, 2011. Left to mourn are her brother and sister-in-law Arthur and Betty Watson of Smiths Falls. Pat was the much loved Aunt of Kristy (Watson) and Trever Richardson, Barry (Jean) Thompson and Stephen (Phillipa) Thompson and great Aunt of Mason Richardson, Nicklaus, Jamieson, Andrew and Emma Thompson. Pat was also blessed with many friends, in particular Ralph and Loisann Ogilvie and Howard Sayeau of Prescott, ON. At Pat’s request there will be no wake or funeral. Interment will take place at the Blue Church Cemetery, Prescott, on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 3 p.m. For those wishing to donate in Pat’s honour, contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated. Let Pat be the last one who suffers and dies of this horrible disease.
