Binghamton: Patricia A. Seeley, 64, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 24, 2013. She was predeceased by her mother, Marion Seely. She is survived by her father, Robert B. Seeley; siblings, John Seeley, Robert H. Seeley, Linda and William Olmsted; nephew, John Trout. She was a wonderful daughter and sister who will be missed by all who knew her. At Patricia’s request, there will be no services.
