Myron Desmond Seeley
Myron Desmond Seeley, 91, of North Palm Springs died at his home on May 4, 2007. He was a 62 year resident of North Palm Springs, first moving there in 1945.
He was born on September 25, 1915 to Everett Seeley and Mary Ann Lisenbee Seeley in Rushville, IL. He married Freda Kathryn Canavit in 1936 in McComb, IL.
Mr. Seeley was a self employed stone mason, building custom fireplaces of brick and stone all over the Coachella Valley. He also was a Musician, singing at clubs and establishments in Palm Springs on weekends, and on special occasions.
Mr. Seeley is survived by his son, Frank “Beaver” Seeley of North Palm Springs. He was preceded in death by his wife, Freda Kathryn Seeley on December 25, 1973; and by his son, Kirk Seeley on April 16, 1999.
Private arrangements are under the direction of Rose Mortuary of Desert Hot Springs.
