Morris W. Seeley

Morris W. Seeley of 206 Brookside Drive, died Monday at Community-General Hospital after a short illness.

Born in Kalispell, Mont., Mr. Seeley lived in Syracuse more than 60 years. he was a refrigeration serviceman for Sears Roebuck & Co., Pete Bronner Refrigeration and the Rescue Mission.

Mr. Seeley was a member of the Valley Men’s Club and Boy Scout Troop 142. He was an avid outdoorsman.

Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Colucci Seeley; a son, Richard W. of Molalla, Ore.; a daughter, Gertrude Saroney of Florida; a sister, Claire Henderson of Jamesville; and two grandchildren.

Services are at 10 a.m. Thursday at Farone & Son Funeral Home, the Rev. Raymond Wood officiating. Burial will be Onondaga Valley Cemetery.

Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednsday(Feb. 4).
