Michael F. Seeley, 60, of Paris, Illinois passed away at 8:10 a.m. Saturday, August 27, 2011 at Twin Lakes Rehab & Health Care in Paris. He was the former owner and operator of S & K Cycle of Paris.
He was born July 24, 1951 in Paris, Illinois, the son of the late James Francis and Wanda Jean (Hess) Seeley.
Survivors include a son, Michael (Kathy) Seeley of Paris, Illinois; a daughter, Cori Seeley of Metcalf, Illinois; a sister, Peg (Jim) Woodyard of Chrisman, Illinois; three grandchildren, Jaydin Marie, Zailan, and Alexander Seeley; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Seeley, and infant brother, James R. Seeley, and a sister, Barbara Allison.
Mr. Seeley was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles and A.B.A.T.E., and loved riding and working on motorcycles.
For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to A.B.A.T.E.
SERVICE INFORMATION
Following cremation, interment of ashes was private in Vermilion Cemetery on Sunday, September 4, 2011. Visitation was private. Templeton Funeral Home of Paris was in charge of arrangements.
