SCHENECTADY – Miss Lois L. Seeley, 83, of Bradford Road, died Friday at Ellis Hospital.
Miss Seeley was born in Schenectady and was a lifelong city resident.
She was employed as a matron at the General Electric Co., where she worked for 40 years until retiring in 1981.
Miss Seeley was a member of the Middle Grove United Methodist Church and the GE Quarter Century Club and a former member and past noble grand of the Woodlawn Rebekkah Lodge.
Survivors include a sister, Theo Morrow of Saratoga Springs.
A service is set for 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Griswold Funeral Home, 1867 State St. Burial will be in Rock City Falls Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
