Lloyd R. Seeley

(1909- 1976)

OMAHA – A former North Platte resident, Lloyd R. Seeley, 67, died Sunday at his Omaha home. He was born July 16, 1909, at Tryon.

A retired railroader for the Union Pacific, he is survived by his widow, Elvia; a daughter, Delores of Omaha; a son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Mary Seeley of Tampa, Fla.; a sister Dorothea Frager of North Platte; a brother, Charles of Mr. Shasta, Calif; and five grandchildren.

He was a member of the Platte Valley Lodge No. 32 AF and AM, Scottish Rite and the Shrine Club.

Services will be at 11am Wednesday at Calvary Baptist Church, 3903 Cuming St., Omaha, with Roeder Mortuary of Omaha in charge of arrangements.

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Omaha. A memorial has been established to the church.
