Leo Seeley, 74, of Pennellville died Feb. 13 at Auburn Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Seeley was a life resident of the Syracuse area. He retired after 20 years with the city of Syracuse Department of Public Works.
Surviving are a sister, Florence H. Owen of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery.
