SEELEY, Frank Edward, EdD ’64, of Bainbridge Island, Wash., December 14, at 79 of cardiac arrest. He taught and held administrative posts at schools in Palo Alto, Washington state and the Netherlands. He retired in 1982. Survivors: his wife of 56 years, Isobel; two sons, Morgon and Dirk; three grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and his sister Frances Nevillier.
