Eugene “Mike” Seeley, 87, a resident of Arnold, died January 5 at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis. He was born on June 3, 1926 in Buffalo, NY, where he was raised. Eugene retired from National Security Agency in 1986. He was retired from the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the American Legion and the Fleet Reserve Club. He is survived by his children, Pamela Gutierrez (Henry) of Arnold, Mathew Seeley (Rachida) of Glen Burnie, and Patricia Seeley of Virginia; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Family and friends may visit for a Memorial Gathering from 2 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8, at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy., Severna Park.
