Cora Magdalene Puckett Seeley, 80, formerly of Norfolk, a retired seamstress, died March 18, 1995, in Tampa, Fla.

Mrs. Seeley was born in Chesterfield County, Va., and was the widow of William Harry Seeley. She was a member of Burrows Memorial Baptist Church, Norfolk, since 1935.

Survivors include a son, Myrl Leroy, and daughter-in-law, Janice Seeley, of Tampa; three sisters, Estelle Sprouse of Chesterfield County, Va., Mary Horning of Richmond, Va., and Ruby Whitaker of Chesterfield County; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a brother-in-law, Walter H. Mears of New Market, Va.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by Pastor Don Harris. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today for visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Burrow’s Memorial Baptist Church, 1539 Johnstons Road, Norfolk, Va. 23518.
