Constance (Concy) Ryan Seeley, of East Grand Rapids, age 72, passed away on June 2, 2007. She was preceded in death by her parents, E. C. (Jack) and Irma Ryan; her brother, Stephen G. Ryan; brother-in-law, Gene R. (Buck) Miller; sister-in-law, Carolyn H. Ryan. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Bruce D. Seeley; daughters, Lynn (Tim) Irons of Chicago, Leigh Ralston of Fairview, OR, and Blythe; granddaughter, Zoe Irons; grandsons, Zachary and Shane Ralston; brothers, Alan R. (Margaret) Ryan and Robert R. (Pat) of FL; sister, Susan R. Miller; and sister-in-law, Susan (Paul) Bowers. Nieces and nephews include, Mary (Rob) Conrad, Concy (Roger) Thomson, Mark (Sharon) Ryan, Beth Cosmos, Sarah (Philip) Martinez, Julie Ridenour, Amy Miller, Christopher Miller, Timothy (Linda) Miller, Tracy (Michael) Wysockey, Kelly (James) Bonaccorsi, Meredith Reid, Paula Grant, Cassandra Daller, Scott (Susie) Bowers, Arlene (Brent) Early, Julie (Thomas) Goodyke. There are 40 great-nieces and nephews. Concy graduated from East Grand Rapids High School and Michigan State University, where she was a Kappa Kappa Gamma. She was a member of the Junior League of Grand Rapids, Hodgen Guild of Blodgett Hospital, and the Women’s Committee of the Grand Rapids Art Museum. The family will meet with friends at O’Brien-Gerst Funeral Home, 3980 Cascade Rd. SE from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5. A Memorial Mass will be said at 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. Paul the Apostle, 2750 Burton, Msgr. Ernest P. Schneider and Rev. Mark Przybysz, presiding.
