Mrs. Celia Seeley

RICHLAND CENTER – Mrs. Celia Shepherd Seeley; 82, died Monday at a Richland Center nursing home after a long illness.

She was born in the town of Bloom and spent most of her life there. She was the widow of George Seeley, and had been living until recently with a daughter, Mrs. Noland Ferguson, Gotham.

Survivors are four sons, Lester and Gilbert, Madison; the Rev. Ray, Barberton, O., and Bird, Reedstown; another daughter, Mrs. Lemuel Rockhill, Baraboo; two brothers, Don Shepherd, Temple City, Calif., and Walter Shepherd, St. Paul, Minn.; a sister, Julia Shepherd, St. Paul and 30 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Pratt funeral home, and burial will be in the Bloom City cemetery.
