CAYUTA – August P. “Gus” Seeley, 54, died yesterday at Schuyler Hospital after an extended illness.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later time by Heal Funeral Home of Odessa.
He is survived by his wife, Kay, a son, Gary of Cayuta; two daughters, Dinese Russell of Beaver Dams and Sylvia at home; four brothers, Lewis, John and Floyd, all of Horseheads, and William of Dansville; two sisters, Alice Dinkenburger of Horseheads and Marie Shay of Alpine; and four grandchildren.
Seeley was an army veteran of World War II and was a member of the Ithaca VFW Post and the Elmira American Legion Post.
