Adella Seeley

(1888- 1974)

Mrs. Adella Seeley

Mrs. Adella Seeley, 86, formerly of Derrick City, died Friday at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport where she had been a patient for five years.

She was born Jan. 17, 1888, at Meadville, daughter of the late George P. and Bessie Adelle Ryan, and married Herman E. Seeley who died July 28, 1944. She was a member of the Derrick City Methodist Church.

Surviving are five grandchildren, Jack Gilbert of Duke Center, Herman and Richard Gilbert of Derrick City, Barbara Stroup in Montana, and Eggy Gilbert of Rixford, as well as several great-grandchildren.

There will be no visitation, and a service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Koch-Charley Memorial Chapel, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery.
