SEELY FUNERAL WEDNESDAY

Graveside Services at Fontenac for Parsons Woman

Parsons, Aug. 18. – Funeral services for Mrs. Alma Allena Seely, 82, who died at 2 o’clock Saturday at the home of Mrs. Sara Quathamer, a daughter, will be held at the Frontenac graveside at 4 o’clock Wednesday afternoon.

Mrs. Seely, who was born Jan 12, 1865, in Batavia, N.Y., came to Frontenac in 1885, where she resided for 40 years. For the last seventeen years she had lived in Parsons. She was a member of the Methodist church at Altamont.

Survivors include four sons, Frank Seely, Minden; David Seely, Frontenac; Eugene Seely, San Pedro, Calif.; and Mitt Seely, Richmond, Va.; two daughters, Mrs. Mattie Toliver, Pittsburg, Mrs. Sara Quathamer, Parsons; 32 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
