SEELY, CAROLINE LEE – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Caroline Seely, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on July 22, 2013 after a 16 month battle with pancreatic cancer. Caroline loved her garden, and was happiest when she was outside, surrounded by nature. Caroline is survived by her three children, Tanya (Mark) Grealey, Trisha (Buzz) Stobbe and Andrew (Kim) DiGiacinto; six grandchildren, Zack and Kendra Grealey, Alanna and Colby Stobbe, and Nicolas and Liam DiGiacinto; three sisters, Patricia Watson, Julie Seely, and Barbie Seely, and her longtime friend, Paul Butterwick. She was predeceased by her parents, Sylvias and Patricia (Shanks) Seely. We would like to thank all of the many doctors, nurses, caregivers, family, and friends who helped us on this journey.
Respecting Caroline’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. For those who wish, donations may be made to Craig’s Cause Pancreatic Cancer Society.
