Catherine Ann Seely, of Port St. Lucie, passed away peacefully July 19, 2014 with Jerry, her loving husband of 57 years, by her side. Catherine was born to John and Helen Tully in the Bronx, New York. She was the sixth of nine children. Catherine attended Hunter College, achieving her Master’s Degree in Education. Catherine will be remembered for her undying devotion to the Catholic Church, family & friends. Catherine was passionate about world travel, animals, reading, Mah-Jong, golf and cooking. Catherine is survived by her husband, Jerry; brother, Danny; sister, Gertrude; and 63 nieces and nephews. Catherine’s infectious laughter has “bore a hole” in our hearts forever. Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, July 24th, at St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Bernadette Building Fund are appreciated.
