Clifton Stuart Seely, 80

GREENWOOD – Clifton Stuart Seely of Greenwood died Sunday, Jan. 12, 2003, in his home. He was 80.

Mr. Seely was born in Greenwood in 1922, son of the late George Frederick Seely and Florence Myrtle Stuart Seely.

Mr. Seely was a farmer all of his life.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Lena Seely of Greenwood; two daughters, Jeanette Seely of Pompano Beach, Fla., and Faye Faraone of Greenwood; a son, Mike Seely of Greenwood; two sisters, Alma Smith of Plantation, Fla., and Bernice Brittingham of Laurel; 10 grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Hardesty Chapel, 202 Laws St., Bridgeville.

Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. The Rev. Dr. Everett C. Isaacs will officiate.

Burial will be in St. Johnstown Cemetery, Greenwood.
