Mr. Douglas Lynn Seely, age 65, of Lindale, died on Sunday, March 29, 2015, at his residence. He was born on Dec. 19, 1949, in Denison, Grayson County, to Luther Loy and Mary Ethel McMullin, and was formerly of Denison before moving to Lindale in 1985.
Mr. Seely was a millwright and rancher, and was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Mary Seely; and a nephew, Greg Wagoner.
Survivors include wife, Mrs. Barbara Seely, of Lindale; four children, April Weeks, of Lindale, Joseph Hayley, of Lindale, Kenneth Hayley, of Winona, Karen Sustaire, of Hallsville; sister, Mary Loy Wagoner and husband Don, of Wamego, Kansas; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; niece, Beth Zeilinger and husband Frank, of Kansas; nephews, Mark Wagoner and wife Nancy, of Nebraska, and Paul Wagoner and wife Kathy, of Kansas.
The family will receive friends at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2015, at the residence in Lindale
