1924 ~ 2013
Edwin MG Seely, born in Mount Pleasant, Utah, on April 2, 1924, died in Provo, Utah, on May 14, 2013, at the age of 89. He has finally gone over the mountain for the last time, greeted by his mother and his father and all those on the other side who love him. He was the husband of Mary Marjorie Payne and the father of nine children.
An active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he served in many callings including bishop of the Milwaukie Ward in Milwaukie, Oregon.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, and will be preceded by a viewing the hour before at the Nephi 128 LDS Chapel, 222 South 100 East in Nephi, Utah, followed by interment in the Mount Pleasant cemetery.
