SEELY, ERNEST (ERN) E. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather passed away at a local hospital in San Antonio, Texas on May 31, 2008 at the age of 78. He was a longtime resident of Irving, Texas and a member of the South MacArthur Church of Christ. He was born on July 14, 1929 in Sudan, Texas to E. E. (Dick) and Eula Seely. At age 17, he served in the United States Coast Guard and was stationed in Port Aransas, Texas. He was happily married for 37 years to Nita Seely, who passed away in 2007. He is survived by his children, Greg Seely and wife, Candi, Brian Seely, Jay Seely; grandchildren, Sean Seely and wife, Roni, Chad Seely and wife, Sara, Scott Seely and wife, Miriam, Jayson Seely, Jeff Seely; great grandchild, Parker Nicole Seely. The Burial will be at Thurmond-Fairview Cemetery on Farm Road 407, which is located north of Rhome, Texas, on June 4, 2008 at 4:00 P.M.
