Mrs. Gertrude D. Seely, 62, of Seneca, RD1, died Tuesday in Oil City Hospital.
She was born at Troy Township, Nov. 16, 1913, a daughter of Arthur D. and Effie Bell Kightlinger Proper.
Mrs. Seely was a 1932 graduate of Titusville High School.
She is survived by her husband, N. Merle Seely; a son, J. Leo Seely of Venus RD 1; two daughters, Jean A. Kotapski of Duluth, Min., and Mrs. Gary (Helen) Woods of Seneca, RD1; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A brother, Dean Ivo Proper, and a sister, Mrs. Arbeulah Warner, died previously.
Friends may call at the Arnold and Gosnell Funeral Home today and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and attend the funeral service there Friday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Lloyd Chelton, pastor of East Troy United Methodist Church, officiating.
Interment will be in East Troy Cemetery.
