Survivors: mother, Valerie Seely at home; father, Ricky Seely of Wichita; brother, Justin at home; grandparents, Almeta Lemon, Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Sizemore, all of Wichita; great-grandparents, Hazel Baldwin of Augusta, Mr. and Mrs. James Walker of Sherman; great-great-grandmother, Gladys Beeman of McCune.
