Jacob (Jake) Vance Seely, age 12, passed away at his home May 4, 1990.
Born August 2, 1977 in Provo to John R. and Joanne Somers Seely. Attended Juab Middle School where he was an honor student. Active in Little League football, baseball and wrestling. Active in the Boy Scouts of America. He enjoyed the outdoors and wood working.
Survivors include parents; two brothers, Justin and Jeff, all Mona; grandparents, Margaret Somers, American Fork; John and Virginia Seely, Blanding; numerous cousins, uncles and aunts.
Funeral services Tuesday, 12 noon, Nephi Stake Center, 351 North 100 West. Friends call Monday, 7-9 p.m. and one hour prior to services at Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300 North, Nephi. Burial, Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi.
