Jean C. Seely, 78, a resident of Lakeland, Fla., and formerly of Roseville, died Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2005. She was born May 18, 1927, in Shinglehouse, Pa. Mrs. Seely was retired from Roseville Community Schools, where she worked in the office at both Brablec High School and Burton Junior High School. She is survived by her husband, Curtis; children, Allan (Deborah) Seely and Tamara Proffitt (Lonnie); grandchildren, Cara, Nathan, Jill and Jeffrey; great-grandchildren Johnathan and Jaime; and brothers, William Cuneo and Paul Cuneo. A memorial service will be held Sunday, Oct. 16, at the Mariners Church, 170 E. Jefferson, Detroit. The service for Mrs. Seely will begin following the church’s regular 11 a.m. Sunday service.
