Service for Kathleen Gail “Kate” Seely, 56, will be today at 2 p.m. at New Life Community Church in Rathdrum, Idaho. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery in Coeur d’Alene. Yates Funeral Home, Hayden Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Seely, who was born in Denver, was shot and killed Sunday at Kootenai Medical Center.
She grew up in the Denver area and lived in Arvada, Colo., for many years.
Mrs. Seely moved to Coeur d’Alene in 1982 and was a well-known nurse in the community.
She spent a lot of time with her grandchildren and enjoyed being a nurse.
Survivors include her husband, Steve; three children and four grandchildren.
