SEELY – Mrs. Letha Ware Seely, 423 Adrian, formerly of 1050 Rigsby Ave., born in Eleto, Tex., Dec. 13, 1875, passed away Sunday, Aug. 18, 1963, in a local hospital at the age of 87 years. Funeral services will be held in Alamo Chapels, Tuesday, Aug. 20, at 10 a.m. with Rev. West and Rev. Yelvington of First Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in San Jose Burial Park. Survivors: Daughters, Mrs. Nona Will McFarland, Catoose, Okla., Mrs. P.J. Heck, Mrs. E.H. Steen, both of San Antonio; sister, Miss Mayme Ware, City, Mrs. Desier Crosby, Mrs. Chester Bulgler of Beaumont, Texas, Mrs. A.L. Brown, of Del Rio, Tex., Mrs. O.J. Jensen, Georgia; brother, J.R. Ware, Stockdale, Tex.; grandsons, Eugene Jackson, Corpus Christi, Tex., Ray Steen, Austin, Tex., Jack Steen, City; 5 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Seely was a member of the Baptist Church and had been a resident of San Antonio for the past 42 years. Pallbearers will be Eugene Jackson, Wm.
