54, a resident of ManorCare, Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, July 6, 2003, in St. Luke’s Hospital following a brief illness. Memorial services – 1:30 p.m. today, Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids. Services performed by Joe Pledge of New Life Church of God in Christ. Family will greet friends from 1 p.m. until service time today at the funeral home.
Survivors include four daughters, Audra, JoLynda and Roseanne Seely, all of Cedar Rapids, and Felicia Williams of Houston, Texas; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Nathaniel Seely Jr. and family of Michigan and Mike Seely and family of Wisconsin; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathaniel Sr. and Jean Seely; and a brother, Douglas Seely.
Marie was a member of New Life Church of God in Christ.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
Marie will be missed and remembered by all.
