Rosella Jenkin Seely

Mrs. Rosella Jenkin Seely, 82, 540 -9th East, died at her residence Monday at 10:10 p.m. after a lingering illness.

She was born Jan. 2, 1867, in Salt Lake City, a daughter of John W. and Eliza Ponton Jenkin, and was married to J. Everett Seeley.

Mrs. Seely was a member of the Lybia temple No. 32, Daughters of the Nile, and was orthopedic chairman of the Shriner’s Hospital for Crippled Children for eight years.

Surviving are her husband: a son, Everett J. Seely: a daughter, Miss Marion D. Seely; a brother, Edwin S. Jenkin, and two grandchildren, all of Salt Lake City.

Private funeral services will be conducted by Rev. George S. Weber, minister, First Congregational church. Thursday at 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet cemetery.
